Emotional Levels

Below is a list of emotional levels.

Start at the top, and FEEL the resonance of each level.

Maybe spend 60 seconds or more FEELING – without thinking
or telling yourself a story about what it means to feel it.

Then slowly work your way down the list.

I really appreciate your listing of Emotional Levels! I'm an elementary school counselor and am always trying to get students to identify their feelings. This list will help them get down to their specific feeling. I've grouped them into 4 categories by type and degree of feeling: 1st 7 lines, next 6, next 5, and last 4 lines. I will use this a lot to get kids to be as clear and specific as possible. THANKS!! M.R.S. from Bigfork, MT
